Abstract

|
Fertility saving is a major challenge in invasive ovarian cancer. We present a rare case of successful pregnancy and childbirth in a mid-twenties woman affected by a huge ovarian yolk sac tumor and underwent conservative debulking surgery followed by adjuvant chemotherapy (bleomysin, etoposide, cisplatin).
